Sean T. McGrevey
Sean T. McGrevey's practice is limited to civil litigation. He has successfully handled a wide spectrum of cases, including medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death, employment discrimination claims and non-compete disputes, legal malpractice, construction defects, as well as insurance litigation including liability coverage disputes and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage issues. His practice includes all aspects of the civil litigation process, including trial and appellate work.
Mr. McGrevey graduated with distinction from The University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts. At graduation, he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Thereafter, Mr. McGrevey attended The University of Iowa College of Law, which is consistently ranked among the top law schools in the United States. He graduated with high distinction and served as an Associate Editor for the Iowa Law Review. He is admitted to practice law in Kansas and Missouri, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association. He has been published in DRI.
